To ensure your Custom Product prints with the highest quality, all artwork must be submitted at 300 DPI (dots per inch) and sized to the exact final dimensions of the product.

These requirements apply whether you upload files through our site or attach artwork to your purchase order emails. Any files that do not meet the specifications below will need to be replaced with corrected artwork before we can proceed with production.

File Requirements

Resolution: 300 DPI minimum

Size: Artwork must be set to the product's final print dimensions (e.g., a 3” x 3” product must be submitted as a 3” x 3” file at 300 DPI)

Emailed Orders: PDF

Online Orders: PNG, PSD, PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF

Fonts must be outlined or embedded.

Multiple Sides/Projects: Each side of your product must be submitted as its own individual file. Multi-page documents will not be accepted.

What Cannot Be Accepted

Files with extra background space, placeholder text, or copy that is not part of the final product.

Artwork set up at a larger or smaller size than the final print.

Web images or low-resolution files (typically 72 DPI).

Multi-page files (submit each side as a separate file instead)

Before Sending Your Order

Please double-check your files before sending. If artwork is submitted incorrectly—whether attached to a purchase order email or through our site—it will be returned for revision, which may delay your order.

Our goal is to print your products quickly and at the best possible quality. Providing final, print-ready artwork keeps your order on track and looking its best.

Artwork change fees start at $25 per image.
